Team Leadership :
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 on-roll sales professionals.

- Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Sales Target Achievement :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
- Set and track ambitious sales targets for your team.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets.
Territory Development :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Expand market penetration and customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management:-
