Work Timings: US Shift Timings (between 8 AM - 8 PM Eastern Time)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Security technologies, specifically an MVP-level professional, to lead the security implementation for a project targeting 2,000 users. The role involves deploying and configuring Microsoft Defender suite solutions to enhance the organization's security posture. This project is critical and is expected to serve as a foundation for future projects.

Core Responsibilities :







- Lead the implementation and delivery of security solutions to 2,000 users.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize:
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Microsoft Defender for Identity
- Microsoft Defender for Servers
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security solutions across the environment.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for security configuration and monitoring.
- Ensure the project meets key milestones, with completion targeted by mid-December.
- Identify potential security risks and propose mitigations.
- Document configurations, processes, and outcomes for future scalability.
- Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Qualifications :

- Microsoft MVP or equivalent expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Security technologies.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Servers, Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft security solutions architecture and best practices.






- Demonstrated ability to lead security projects with large user bases.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user education.
- Project management skills to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience :

- Previous experience delivering security projects to large user bases.
- Familiarity with ongoing security monitoring and optimization.
- Experience in transitioning projects from implementation to ongoing support.
