The client is a Saudi Arabia based services company and is looking to hire a MEP Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor for their team to work remotely and deliver on assignments.

Education : BE/BTECH Civil, Mechanical
Experience : 3-5 Years
Skill Set :
• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in MEP estimation for industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects, with a focus on civil and electrical systems
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Civil and Electrical calculations, design, and estimation
• Estimation Skills: Proficient in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and technical documents
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Suite, other office tools
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities :
• Analyze RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to gather technical information for estimation, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Review project designs and provide value engineering suggestions to optimize costs and technical solutions
• Provide detailed cost estimations, including complete civil and electrical elements in the overall project scope
• Collaborate with Presales Engineers by estimating the required civil and electrical infrastructure and solutions for their projects, and assist in the design and pricing of these requirements
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including BOQs, technical proposals, cost analysis, and estimation reports for large-scale projects such as industrial plants, refineries, and infrastructure projects
• Assist in technical queries, clarifications, and negotiations with vendors, subcontractors,
and clients to align with project budgets and timelines
• Participate in site surveys and feasibility studies to gather necessary data for accurate estimations and design adjustments
• Support the Operations team with detailed estimations and technical documentation for smooth project handover and execution
