Job Summary:

As a Customer Interaction Associate, you will be the face of Voluntare at the mall, engaging with shoppers, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting customers with program inquiries. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth execution of loyalty services at our partner stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approach and interact with mall visitors to promote loyalty programs and membership benefits.
- Assist customers in enrolling in loyalty programs and provide detailed information about ongoing offers and rewards.
- Resolve customer queries regarding loyalty points, redemption processes, and account details.






- Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless integration of loyalty services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide daily reports on customer engagement and program performance to the management team.
- Contribute to promotional events and marketing activities within the mall to enhance visibility of loyalty services.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Any bachelor’s degree is accepted; candidates with a background in business, marketing, or hospitality are preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Passion for helping customers and improving their experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (smartphones, tablets) to assist customers with loyalty app registrations and inquiries
- Need Immediate joiner.
