Role: Lead Generation Executive (India)

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients/customers daily.
- Lead Generation : Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling.
- Client Engagement : Present and pitch software (embedded / application / digital) services to prospective clients effectively.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and update the systems regularly.
- Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly,
and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.
- Feedback : Provide insights and feedback to the sales team regarding client needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Experience in MS Office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
