Job Description:
Team Management (Front line sales) and penetration increment &support; Company in growing market share through frontline sales team.To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outsidedealership) as per the targets.Relationship Building (Dealers/Customers).Resolve the issues escalated by (frontline sales team & the dealers).Acquiring more customers through ADC/Rural channel.Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, leadgeneration/sourcing.Managing the team of executives w.r.t.
compliance/policyadherence ®ular; network visits & managing DCC portfolio.FEMI/NS -collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC).Resolution of customer complaints.Coordinate with training team.Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM &HO; for final approval.Understand various reports & take corrective action with thedealership &frontline; sales team.Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved &escalate; the issues to them.
