Role Description: This is a full-time work from home role for Customer Relationship Executive at Innovit Technologies The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to share information about products or services, answering incoming calls from customers, scheduling appointment, communicating with clients, providing customer service,
and engaging in sales activities on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with potential customers and convert sales leads through various channels such as phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and website inquiries.
2. Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions that drive successful sales conversions.
3. Foster strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
4. Provide detailed information about products and services over the phone, highlighting key features and benefits.
5. Efficiently manage sales pipelines using CRM tools to track leads, update customer data, and monitor progress.
6. Negotiate effectively and close deals to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Actively seek out ways to refine sales processes and enhance customer engagement tactics.
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field (preferred).
2.
Excellent language proficiency in English .
3. 1-4 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar capacity.
4. Strong grasp of digital sales strategies and techniques.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
8. Familiarity with CRM platforms.
9. Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
10. Experience in Edtech sales is a valuable asset.
11. Experience handling clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
