Complete working knowledge in entire Stores management process and logistics flow management and can take up any responsibility inmaterial management functions or operations. Handled entire scrap management activities.
by conducting timely disposal cum reconciliation and process knowledge onHazardous scrap storage & disposal. Rejection/Scrap disposal in timely manner with keeping all records auditable. Preparing of Monthly presentation data and review with Functional Head. Create business strategies to attract value addition and enhance probability. Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures Forecasting to plan future orders Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc. Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates Updates about critical stock details to higher authority on weekly basis
