Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's global sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team distributed across different regions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and penetrating new markets with a strong focus on India, Middle East and APAC geographies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company offerings and client needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline activity to the CEO
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's in Engineering is a must within the Computer Science/IT domain
- BFSI selling experience along with strong connects within the BFSI ecosystem is mandatory
- The person should have played a National/Global role for the last 3+ years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading geographically dispersed sales teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
