- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Guide customers through installation and setup processes.
- Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of barcode and mobile printing technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in technical support is a plus.
