The position provides leadership to the Concentrates Business and all its functions ensuring smooth Purchase of Non ferrous Concentrates raw material to effective and efficent running of the plant for over all productivity and Profitablity.
The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely avaliabiity of Non ferrous raw material with advanced planning
Plant and Process stablisation , effectiveness and efficency
Quality Assurance at every level and inbuilding the quality assurance aptitude and attitude at every step
Analysing Costs and reducting costs by removing inefficences
Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Monthly Profit and Loss presentation to the management and Plan for way forward
Constantly updating on innovation and improvement Projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from Top notch colleges
- MBA from renowed institution
- 15+ years' experience in business related field
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
CTC : 60 Lacs Per annum Plus Car
