Role:

Weare seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 35 years ofproven experience in the entertainment sector or from anyadvertising / digital marketing agencies. This role is ideal for acreative and strategic individual who excels in developing andexecuting social media campaigns that engage audiences and drivebrand growth. You ll be responsible for managing our social mediapresence creating compelling content and analysing performancemetrics to enhance our digitalfootprint.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Developand implement social media strategies across platforms includingFacebook Twitter Instagram Thread andYouTube.







- Createengaging content including graphics videos and written poststailored to various social mediachannels.

- Collaboratewith influencers partners and talent to enhance campaign reach andeffectiveness.

- Monitorand respond to audience interactions ensuring positive andconsistent brandrepresentation.

- Trackand analyse social media performance using analytics tools tomeasure the success of campaigns andstrategies.

- Staycurrent with industry trends social media best practices andemergingplatforms.

- Adaptstrategies to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitiveedge.

Knowledge and Proficiency: Proficient in creating new opportunityand sale presentations as directed by the General Manager -assisting in path planning, project management, client relations,budgeting, reporting, and general administration. Skilled insourcing and synthesising information from diverse sources.Proficient in managing partnership packages to ensure delivery ofpromised print, digital, and social outputs. Knowledge of allintegral systems Trello, Zoho, Google Drive, Magnet (trainingprovided)





Knowledge of the internal order approval system, keycontacts, and paperwork requirements (training provided) Managementof the internal month-end closing process across the groupProficient in creating post campaign reports and analysis for keyaccounts within the group. Management Responsibilities: Managementof order workflow across commercial and editorial team - managingeditorial and commercial operations across digital, print, andexperiential businesses, overseeing resource allocation to achievetargets. Management of Trello across commercial and editorial team- supporting commercial and PR content requests, trackingdeliverables, and ensuring editorial commitments are met.Opportunity to represent the brands at key industry events.





Projectand Account Management: Assist in managing wider teams' projectsand accounts throughout their leave periods as needed - acting as aprimary liaison across departments, addressing queries,troubleshooting issues, and escalating matters as needed.Establishing, implementing, and supporting the brands eventscalendar, working and follow-up files for the teams. Assist theteams pre, during, and post-events (guest management, logistics,operations, communication, information, and material management).Supporting the delivery and attending brand events across the groupwhere needed.





Media Planning and Relationship Management:Independently conduct media planning based on client briefs andfoster relationships to drive comprehensive annual planning whilstidentifying commercial opportunities for optimal brand investment.Requirements: Own valid visa Immediate, full-time availability fora 6-month contract period Transport to the office andevents
