Job Title: Meta Ads Administrator
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift : 7pm - 4am IST
About Us: We are a forward-thinking, results-driven company seeking a Meta Ads Administrator to handle the backend operations of our Meta (formerly Facebook) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have Meta Ads Certification , experience in digital marketing, and a deep understanding of the US market. This role focuses on administrative responsibilities, including account maintenance, budget management, page updates, and all other backend operations to ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meta Ads Campaign Administration:
Manage the backend setup, maintenance, and administration of Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms within the Meta ecosystem.
- Account & Page Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day management of Meta business pages, ensuring that all account details, creatives, and business information are up-to-date and fully optimized for campaign performance.
- Fund Management & Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring timely allocations, budget optimizations, and proper fund distribution across all campaigns. Collaborate with the finance team to track ad spend, optimize budget utilization, and forecast future financial needs.
- Backend Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address technical and operational issues that arise in campaigns, including ad rejections, policy violations, billing discrepancies, and other Meta platform issues. Work with Meta support to resolve problems promptly.
- Campaign Structuring & Optimization:
Organize and maintain optimal campaign structures, including ad groups, audiences, and targeting strategies, ensuring streamlined operations and scalability.
- Ad Policy Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with Meta’s advertising policies and best practices. Regularly review ads to prevent policy violations, ad disapprovals, and other compliance issues.
- Performance Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, including spend, impressions, and conversion rates. Generate backend reports with actionable insights for the marketing team to improve future campaigns.
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Support the digital marketing team by providing backend insights, performance data, and financial reports.
Assist with administrative tasks that help optimize ad campaigns for better ROI.
Requirements:
- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) Certification (Required)
- 2+ years of experience managing the backend of Meta ad campaigns, including administrative and operational tasks.
- Strong experience with budget and fund management for digital ad campaigns.
- Experience in managing campaigns in the US market .
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager , Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Meta’s support team to resolve them.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with data reporting and maintaining accurate performance and budget records.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies , especially related to paid social media advertising.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
- Familiarity with additional advertising platforms like Google Ads , TikTok Ads , or Ads is a plus.
- Experience with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking for detailed campaign performance analysis.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, including finance and marketing.
