Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics for various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, animation, and storytelling to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
- Collaborate with the creative team, copywriters, and video editors to conceptualize and execute motion graphics projects.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding and messaging across all media and platforms.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements, incorporating new techniques to elevate creative work.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the project requirements and deliver content on time and within scope.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and style frames for approval before production.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Ensure final outputs are optimized for different platforms (social media, web, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of video editing, 3D animation, and visual effects is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition in animation.
- Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Illustrator.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3D motion graphics and packaging design.
- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
