Job Title: Meta Ads Campaign Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift : 7pm - 4am IST

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and Optimize Meta Ads Campaigns: Lead the creation, management,





and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve business objectives, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Drive ROI: Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing conversions, reducing CPA (cost per acquisition), and maximizing overall ROI through effective audience targeting and ad creative.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Analyze and continuously monitor key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.) to optimize performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage advanced audience segmentation tools and strategies within Meta Ads Manager to create tailored campaigns that effectively reach the target audience in the US market.
- Ad Copy and Creative Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, and use A/B testing to continuously optimize ads for performance.
- Budget Management:





Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while driving the highest possible returns.
- Competitor Analysis and Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities to outperform competitors.
- Comprehensive Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations based on KPIs, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend.

Requirements:

- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) Certification (Required)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale ad budgets and deliver high ROAS.
- Experience in managing campaigns targeting the US market .






- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and associated tools for tracking and reporting.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies , including PPC, paid social, and remarketing.
- Experience using Google Analytics or other analytics platforms for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with audience segmentation , including interest-based targeting and custom audiences within Meta platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing campaigns in digital marketing or similar.






- Familiarity with Google Ads and other paid social platforms (e.g., , TikTok, YouTube) is a plus.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization techniques.
