Job Title: Google Ads Campaign Manager
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift : 7pm - 4am IST

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Optimize Google Ads Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video,
and shopping platforms to meet business objectives and drive significant revenue growth.
- Develop Strategies for Revenue Growth: Utilize advanced knowledge of Google Ads to create tailored strategies that align with business goals, including increasing conversions, reducing CPA (cost per acquisition), and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis, along with competitor benchmarking, to refine targeting and improve ad relevance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize performance, while keeping spend within target limits.
- Create and Test Ad Copy: Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences, as well as conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
Leverage advanced audience segmentation strategies to reach specific demographics and interests relevant to the business.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness, generate reports, and provide insights on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Google Ads Certification (Required)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on driving revenue.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering high ROI.
- Experience in managing campaigns targeting the US market .
- Expertise in Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies , including PPC, SEM, and remarketing.
- Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing ad campaigns for (Your Industry) or similar.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) .
- Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
