Job Title: Cloud Sales Head - IT & ITES

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives specific to the IT & ITES vertical. The ideal candidate will drive our cloud solutions sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and promote our cloud offerings across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the IT & ITES vertical to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the IT & ITES sector, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the IT & ITES sector.
- Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Facing Unit of Strategic and Large Accounts, Large deal team, marketing, product management, and technical support to create compelling value propositions.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the IT & ITES sector with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in leading Sales team in IT & ITES sector in India.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions relevant to the IT & ITES industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,
and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
