We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team remotely from India.Job Summary:As a Real Estate Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analyses and compensation comparisons of existing real estate brokerage offerings.





Your role will be critical in evaluating and comparing our company's compensation offerings against industry competitors, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Analysis and Modeling:Perform comprehensive financial analysis of various real estate brokerage compensation structures, including commission splits, bonuses, fees, and other incentive programs.Develop and maintain financial models to forecast compensation scenarios and analyze profitability for agents, teams, and the brokerage.Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics, trends, and variances in compensation plans.2. Compensation Comparison:Evaluate and compare the company’s compensation offerings with those of competitors, identifying key differences, advantages, and areas for improvement.Research and analyze current market trends, industry standards,





and competitive compensation packages within the real estate sector.Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on data-driven analysis.3. Data Collection and Management:Collect, organize, and manage large datasets related to real estate transactions, agent performance, and compensation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy for analysis.4. Reporting and Presentation:Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to support decision-making.5. Market Research and Strategy Support:Conduct market research to understand industry compensation trends, emerging models,





and innovative practices in real estate brokerage compensation.Support the development and refinement of the company’s compensation offerings and strategies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, compensation analysis, or a related field, preferably within the real estate sector.Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with real estate brokerage models, compensation structures, and industry standards.English proficiency - non client facingStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities,





and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with or analyzing real estate brokerage operations, financials, or agent compensation structures.Prior experience working in a global, remote team environment.
