Role: Lead Generation Executive (India)Experience: 2+ yearsLocation: Bangalore, IndiaSkills: Outbound calls, Lead Generation, Cold CallingKey Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients/customers daily.Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling.Client Engagement: Present and pitch software (embedded / application / digital) services to prospective clients effectively.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and update the systems regularly.Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads,
and sales conversions.Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the sales team regarding client needs and market trends.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing.Experience: 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.Skills:Strong verbal communication skills in English.Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.Experience in MS Office software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
