Job Description :

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our international team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. If you are a people person with strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Professionally handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently.






- Work closely with various teams to quickly address and resolve problems.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and company policies.
- Deliver high-quality service that aligns with our standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions in our system.
- Gather and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in international environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
