Job Profile: Customer Care Executive (Female Only)
Location: Mohali
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Day Shift)
Shift Timing: Day Shift
Age Requirement: 18 to 45 years
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Work Mode: In-office (Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional support.
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new offerings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards for customer care.
Skills and Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Female candidates only, aged between 18 to 45 years.
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass.
