Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to the submission of bids and post-tender follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify tender opportunities in relevant sectors.
- Must have knowledge of tender process , follow up with OEM
- Prepare Document for tender
- must have knowledge of GeM , CPWD , PWD , CPPP
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including pricing, documentation, and technical proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and follow up on tender results.
- Handle tender-related documentation, maintain records, and ensure timely submission.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
