Urgent requirement for a Number 1 Real Estate Developer in India_
Designation – Closing Sales Manager (Premium Projects)
CTC – Up to 12 lacs per annum (Hike Given Basis Last Drawn)
Job Location - Matunga, Wadala, Vikhroli, Kandivali, Thane & Mulund
Work Days: 6 days working (Week-off: Rostered during the week. Sunday will be working)
*Role Objective:* The incumbent is responsible for implementation of sales strategy and business development towards growth of the Direct Sales segment. The primary focus is on prospecting new accounts for the assigned projects and geographies, towards meeting revenue goals. The role requires consistently identifying leads,
seeking business opportunities and developing strong client relationships towards effective sales. A significant responsibility is to build a database of prospects for our luxury segment and deliver significant throughput from the same. The incumbent is expected to be a brand representative and support the Team Lead in all client interactions and negotiation process.
*Skills & Requirements*:
~Decent stability is required, for eg., 2 years on an average with 1 company.
~Candidates should have scored 60% & above in SSC, HSC & Bachelor's
~Graduation is Must
~Excellent Communication skills and & flair for sales
~2 to 3 years of experience in sales (Preferred candidates who have handled big ticket sales with HNI and Ultra HNI).
*Key Responsibilities*
_Business Development_
•Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging Company’s existing network to understand their property requirements
•Deliver sales numbers as per business plan,
both in terms of sourcing and closing - ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year
•Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers
_Client Relationship Building_
•Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
•Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects.
•In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status
•Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution
