**Brief Description:** We are seeking an experienced maintenance Engineer for our Noida plant. This role requires understanding of maintenance management in rubber related industries with experience in maintaining high standards for major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
## Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on various rubber moulding machines.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and components to prevent equipment failure.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with moulding machines.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, pumps, and sensors.
- Test and calibrate machines to ensure proper functioning and compliance with specifications.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new moulding machines and equipment.
- Configure machines according to production requirements and safety standards.
## Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
## Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institutes.
## Experience:
- Should have 5 years of experience in Maintenance of machines / equipment etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for maintenance inspection.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
## Preference:
- Candidates from NCR region will be given preference.
- Candidate who can join in 30 days or less.
