Bench Sales Recruiter

Required Basic Qualifications:

- B. Sc / BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or allied fields.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and terminologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Actively market the bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens) to clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.






- Develop marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the bench of consultants, ensuring they are continuously placed on projects.
- Understand the skill sets of bench consultants and match them with suitable job openings.
- Coordinate with consultants for necessary documentation and background checks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and progress.
