Job Description
Sr. Business Development Executive Required Basic Qualifications:
- B. Sc / BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or allied fields.
Desired Requirements:
- 3 years of pre-sales or inside sales experience in IT solutions.
- Experience working in inside sales across US and European markets.
- Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers and prospects.
- Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM is required.
- Professionalism and excellent presentation and communication skills to handle and present to all levels of business and technical team members from customer and partners side.
- Ability to work with cross-culture,
onshore/offshore teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order intake, revenue, and profit targets for the geospatial & hitech business iSpatialTec globally.
- Develop business cases, proposal strategies, and lead overall proposal activities for customers' Requests for Proposal.
- Develop pro-active, unsolicited offers by identification of potential white space opportunities in the customer accounts.
- Provide timely forecasts of revenue, business capture, sales, and orders booking, status of pursuits, and proposals.
- Lead internal teams in influencing/understanding the customer RFP requirements, the competition, and providing a Win Strategy with a recommended Price to Win.
- Responsible for contributing to overall Customer success through the provision of feedback & assurance of clear and consistent communication between the customer and the leadership team.
- Generate, maintain, and present sales management artifacts and tools such as strategic sales plans, account plans,
sales funnels, capture plans, and order forecasts.
- Responsible for contributing to sales strategy and execution.
- The business development executive (BDE) will work with multi-channel communication tools like phone calls, chat, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM to qualify leads, discover the business needs, follow-up, and facilitate deal closure.
- Email marketing and LinkedIn personalized messaging.
- Multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, email to secure appointments for online demonstrations of software products.
- Communicate with senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial sales and business development representative for an IT Services and IT consulting organization.
- The BDE will work for the US markets.
- Follow-up with prospects to educate them on the iSpatialTec products and service offerings.
- Coordinate and schedule software product demos tailored to customer needs and answer product questions during pre-sales meetings.
- Respond promptly to prospect/client questions, consult with customer services and the delivery team, and coordinate providing detailed technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
- Coordinate with the product/technical team to come up with estimates and technical information.
- Initiate conversation and relationship building with relevant business and technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to facilitate the free trials to prospects.
