Required Basic Qualifications:

- B. Sc / BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or allied fields.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8 years of project management experience with at least 3 years managing projects using Agile methodologies.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in GIS is Plus
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Proven experience in risk management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals,





and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Lead and manage Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
