Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Managers who will be Frontline Sales staff responsible to drive business through Bancassurance channel with our channel partner.
Each BDM is assigned approx. 2-5 branches of the Bank in the surrounding area of ones base location offered, where the BDM need to develop and grow business through effective relationship management with Bank officials and Bank customers.
This is a target-based job. All the training, support and leads required to achieve the assigned targets will be provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Min. Graduation is MUST.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- This is a field job.
Candidates need to own/ able to ride a two-wheeler vehicle for easy commute to the assigned branches.

Compensation:
- B1 - 3.25 LPA (0-1 Years LI)
- B2 4.25 LPA (1-2 Years LI)
- Conveyance: 6,000/monthly
