Job Description
ROLE: Sr. Analyst / Associate / Sr. Associate - Business Consulting - BC Designation Sr. Analyst / Associate / Sr. Associate (Designation will depend on the level of experience) Education PG - Agricultural field is preferred / Masters in Business Administration Additional Qualification PhD/ M. Phil/ MS/ Industry specific diplomas/ Functional certifications Work Experience 5-8 years Domain Agri and Non- Agri Functional Area: Consulting firms, Funds, Banks, Independent consultants, Research & analysis , Entrepreneur, Broking Firms Work Location Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Manage projects and related specific activities within given constraints of time, and quality. 2.Define objectives,
requirements and assumptions necessary to structure management project. 3.Plan, schedule and control activities to fulfill identified objectives applying technical, theoretical to satisfy project requirements.. 4.Development of solutions to the objectives. 5.Schedule travel plans as per the project requirement and contact the relevant stakeholders like farmers, traders, processors and concerned officials from the relevant departments. 6.Coordinate functional perspectives from within and outside project teams. 7.Conduct periodic and post-project reviews to ensure project is on track. 8.Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time.. 9.Integrate self into client environment to effectively build positive professional relationships with clients and associates. Desired Profile : 1.Experience in business consulting, handling and managing and working on different projects. 2Experienced with Field studies, supply & demand studies, Value chain analysis, Government projects,
setting up of PMU and experienced in delivering the final report to the clients is mandatory. 3.Exposure of global commodities will be an added advantage 4.Possess excellent communication and presentation skills 5.He/she should be a team player, good in resource planning, strategic thinker and have a problem solving attitude. 6.Good and experienced in handling multiple tasks in hand. 7.He/she must be with highly effective.
