ROLE:Human Resource Recruiter Designation Human Resource Executive - Recruiter Education MBA- HR as specialization Essential Language English Work Experience 1-2 years Domain Commodity Markets, Services Sales Work Location Hyderabad Mlange Towers Hi-tech City Roles and Responsibilities : We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees 1.Proven work experience as a Recruiter for Non IT and IT roles. 2.Hiring ability at different levels of the hierarchy Junior, Mid level and Senior level 3.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)





4.Government projects establishing PMUs, sector specific works 5.Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) 6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written skills. 7.Strong decision-making skills.
