Job Description

Required Experience: 2 years

Qualification: Any Graduate with related experience is also eligible to apply

Additional Qualification: Advanced Excel and MIS handling

- Data mining from database and applying statistical models to analysis and find out the insights from the data.
- Extensively using MS-Excel for analyzing the data.
- Creating reports in Excel by using Conditions, lookups etc
- Creating VBA Macros used to simplify routine tasks for end users.
- Creating pivot tables and power pivot of large data and modify spreadsheets to achieve analytical goals.
- Research, update, and validate data analyzing spreadsheet production strategically fill gaps.






- Adding some tools in Excel for advanced analysis of large data like data analysis tool, kurtools for better and accurate output by using statistical methods etc.
- Creating MS PowerPoint presentations weekly and monthly to the clients it shows the improving of productivity and quality.
- Creating graphs for visualization by using MS-Excel to analyze and understand the data visually
- Deep understanding of mathematics including Probability, Linear Algebra, and Functions.
- Data manipulate and updating by Using SQL.
- Implement and practice Machine learning techniques on structured and unstructured data with equal proficiency.
- Analyzing and manipulate the raw data as per their requirements.
- Creating reports for the many projects on a daily basis.
- Cleansing, Consolidating and collecting the data for projects.
- Applying transformations for normalization of data and using calculations of quality accuracy.
- Trend analysis with Excel and Regression analysis on medical coding data.
- Data visualization by using Ms-Excel like control charts, Pareto, Histogram, Scatter plot






- Creating PowerPoint presentations on a daily basis for the client purpose to present the productivity and quality capability.
- Creating a VBA Macros for the management it helps to reduce the time on regular tasks
- Creating flow charts by using MS-Vision to present project workflow structure to the clients
- Preparing MIS reports, trackers (daily, weekly, & monthly) as per business requirement
- Handling and analyzing a large database for various reports
- Day-to-day coordination with the concerned team on various market intelligence data and reports
- Keep the departmental heads updated on the reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain a proper schedule of reports.

Key Skills needed

- Candidate should have excellent knowledge in Excel techniques like Pivot Table, Charts, Data Validation,





Lookup, Subtotals, Sumif, Countif, Index, Match, Conditional formatting to prepare reports.
- Candidate should be able to understand the business objective of preparing reports
- Candidate with Basic knowledge of Graphs & Charts.
- Minimum work experience of 2-4 yrs of experience in Dealing as a short term trader/ arbitrage trader/ dealer is must have.
- Candidate with an eye for detail, Self-driven, and timeline-oriented are necessary.
