ROLE: Manager/ Senior Manager-Accounts Domain Finance & Accounts Location of work Hyderabad JTotal Work Experience 5 to 10 years Education Qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant(Mandatory) Industry & Domain Consulting & Research Additional Qualification (preferred but not mandatory) Industry specific diplomas/ Functional certifications Job Responsibilities: Possess expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with bankers for managing working capital and other related activities along with fund management. Experience in coordinating with debtors (franchisees) and conducting follow-ups for accounts receivable. Demonstrate strong leadership skills within a team.
Possess expertise and practical experience in both Direct and Indirect taxation. Possess a comprehensive understanding of both Trade and Non-Trade Payables in a practical working context. Managing and ensuring regular compliance with statutory requirements Completing the monthly financial statements for all affiliated companies, including timely preparation of consolidated financials Managing and coordinating with government authorities for assessments and other related matters Collaborating with the branch team and effectively managing through strong communication skills. Collaborating with departments such as Operations and HR Preparing MIS reports regularly in accordance with Management's requirements Strong knowledge and experience with financial management systems, including expertise in Tally/Zoho ERP. Job Requirements: 5 years experience as Asst Manager/Deputy Manager in Accounts Proficient in Microsoft office Excellent Communication skills required Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory,
knowledge in ROC compliance in a plus Proven experience in a managerial accounting role In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
