Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our Private Wealth Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a branch office, driving business growth, and managing client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of wealth services, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

Private Wealth Group. Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Lead the branch to achieve business targets through client acquisition and retention within the Private Wealth domain. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the branch team, ensuring efficient operations and service excellence. Promote a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) by providing tailored financial and investment solutions. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure branch adherence to all regulatory, operational, and compliance requirements. Maintain high standards of risk management and client confidentiality.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and opportunities to ensure the branch offers best-in-class wealth management services. Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations of the branch, manage resources,





and ensure that all services are delivered to meet client expectations and company standards. Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in wealth management is a plus)Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies

Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and execute business strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
