Job Description
Senior Associate - Design Experience: 3 to 8 years Reporting To Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for web and graphic designing Responsible for designing complex websites using CSS and div based layout Should be able to take responsibility of client interaction Job Specification Educational Qualifications Any Graduation Technical Skills: Must be capable of designing complex websites and have an in-depth knowledge of CSS and div based layouts. Should have relevant exp in responsive design The designer should have proven skills in Web and Graphic designs. Should be able to provide reference to their portfolio of work done. HTML/XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and ideally Adobe Creative Suite.
Should have strong visual understanding and should be able to apply web 2.0 and other latest concepts into the design. Should have good communication skills. Should be able to conduct interviews with the client if needed. Must be able to coordinate and work with Programmers. Must have a minimum of 5 years professional / non-academic experience Core Skills Expertise in designing, rendering design mockups, and developing Web sites for the client sites. o Designing of all website elements: logos, navigation objects, banners, graphics, flash animation etc. HTML / XHTML CSS Website Layouts CSS Styling Basic knowledge of Javascript and Javascript frameworks such as AJAX / jQuery / JSON General Skills Understanding of SEO Cross Browser Testing Knowledge of Flash animation Experience with eCommerce websites Accessibility Standards
