Analyst / Programmer Job Description: The Oasys Document Management software development team is responsible for creating application such as Mail Manager, CADTools AutoCAD and the Oasys Web Search server. Developers cover all aspects of software production including client liaison, software specification, design, coding, testing, delivery and maintenance. The team are looking for a software developer with a Computer Science degree or equivalent and four or more years of experience in C# and WPF. Knowledge of Visual C , Java and Design Patterns would be beneficial. There will be many opportunities to acquire new skills in the field of software development.





You will be encouraged to work towards recognised IT industry accreditation. You will be expected to attend and participate in team meetings, group meetings and user forums on a regular basis and also to promote the software through conferences, journal articles, newsletters, on-line presentations, etc. (See www.oasys-software.com for information on Oasys software.) Location: Hyderabad, India Job profile Software Specification: Assimilate the needs of the Firm and the external market through day-to-day interaction with users and discussion with clients. Assist clients in arriving at appropriate solutions. Software Design: Develop program design to the satisfaction of other team members. Keep up to date with current methods in the industry. Software Coding: Write program code in code in C# and WPF. Knowledge of Visual C and Java would be beneficial. Software Testing: Develop appropriate program testing procedures and use them. Software Documentation: Provide a satisfactory standard of program documentation and user documentation. Software Support:





Resolve users problems and advise users on how to carry out particular tasks. Disseminating Information: Keep users up to date with latest developments, known problems and solutions, etc. Software Training: Identify training needs. Provide training to users. Job requirements Candidates should have a degree in a software development related subject. A keen interest in software development, ideally with some experience of providing software for use by others. Ideally 4 or more years of software development experience Good verbal and written communication in English. Proficiency in programming in in C#. Candidates should have experience in Multi-threading, WPF and Design Patterns. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive individuals,





and collaborative team members, with a focus on satisfying the needs of the software users. Capable of solving software development problems. Confident in handling detailed technical support.
