Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct research to identify potential women's fashion social sellers on Instagram
2. Use relevant tools and manual searches to collect data and create a database of social sellers
3. Organize and maintain an accurate list of leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential sellers
4. Initiate contact with identified social sellers through cold calling, direct messaging, or email outreach
5. Effectively communicate the benefits of HelloStore, highlighting how it can enhance their business
6. Create a strong funnel by qualifying leads and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos
7. Guide sellers through the entire onboarding process, from account creation to setting up their HelloStore
8.
Assist sellers in configuring their online store, uploading their products, and ensuring all aspects are operational
9. Provide step-by-step support to ensure sellers understand HelloStore’s features and can utilize the platform effectively
10. Address queries, provide demonstrations if required, and ensure sellers are comfortable with all functionalities
11. Act as the first point of contact for any issues sellers face while using HelloStore
12. Troubleshoot problems or escalate them to the appropriate team to ensure a smooth experience for the sellers
13. Keep track of all outreach efforts, seller interactions, and onboarding status
14. Regularly update reports on progress, challenges faced, and feedback from sellers to optimize the onboarding process
