and employee welfare programs.Implement training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.Collaborate with management on performance appraisals and career development.Drive employee satisfaction through engagement activities and communication.Key Skills:Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.Expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience in handling union negotiations (if applicable).Qualifications:Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
