What You'll Do
Strategic Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, working as an individual contributor and working as a Team Lead.
Candidates experience in hiring for profiles like SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing roles would be an added advantage.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent through compelling messaging and initiatives.
Timelines: Adhere to hiring timelines provided and ensure the business team meets their objectives.
What do we expect?
Experience: Proven track record in end to end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Should be a strong individual contributor as well as able to handle the team. Should have a minimum 5 yrs of experience. Edtech industry experience is preferred
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
