Overview:
We are hiring Project Head IT for a leading manufacturing company IT Wing
The Project Head IT will play a pivotal role in leading the IT projects in Palavanthangal. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT project delivery ensuring the successful of projects within the defined scope timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT project team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Develop and execute IT strategies to meet the organizations technological needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
- Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure smooth project .
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with IT standards and regulations.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
- Resolve conflicts and address projectrelated challenges effectively.
- Ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions and systems.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead postproject reviews and documentation for future reference.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading IT projects preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of IT project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic IT environment.
- Professional certifications in project management or IT leadership are a plus.
