Key responsibilities

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Manage budget allocation and performance tracking to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize conversion rates and drive campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance marketing.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans by leveraging performance marketing insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising platforms and vendors.
- Create compelling ad copy and content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure unified and effective campaign delivery.
- Use marketing automation tools to streamline and scale marketing processes effectively.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to guide marketing decisions.
- Excellent understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey performance insights and influence decisionmaking.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Relevant certifications or training in performance marketing and digital advertising.
