Job Description
The Customer Success Executive will be responsible to ensure that the Company takes its Cisco Software Customers successfully through the Land Adopt Expand Renew GU1 journey. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out the doentation for benchmarking and measuring Customer Success for various customers adhere to the laid out processes and submit and discuss the same with the Customers and Cisco teams.
In order to be successful the person will be required to understand the various Cisco Software offerings in various technology areas namely Collaboration Enterprise Networking Security and Data Centre.
This person will be required to work with our technology experts understand the current odologies followed and help in creating digitised processes for the same.
The Customer Success Executive will report to Mr. Chetan Prakash Customer Success Lead.
Education and Other Qualifications
Regular MBA (not distance learning) from a recognized institute.
Computer Science Engineer from a recognized institute.
Ss
Excellent English writing and speaking communication ss.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of Software Tools such as Python Json API etc. will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal ss since employee will be required to deal with all our technical teams.
Experience
2 5 years of work experience in the Application Software industry.
Worked in the Sales or Services Department.
Experience in working on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferably Zoho.
As we do not past experience with Cisco as a prerequisite should we change these Cisco specific terms to common english Rest looks good GU1

Graduate, MBA
