Responsibilities:

- First 30 Days:
Participate in a training period and collaborate with a senior Account Manager/Program Manager
Source candidates using Weekdays database product
Shadow weekly checkin calls with founders of client companies

- Next 60 Days:
Work directly with the Chief Operations Officer on hiring initiatives
Lead checkin calls with client company founders/hiring managers
Source candidates and facilitate the interview process for potential hires

Latestage Responsibilities:
After 90 days manage a portfolio with support from a sourcing recruiter and Assistant Program Manager
FAQs:
The role primarily focuses on existing client management and may indirectly contribute to new client acquisition through referrals
Daily activities include client communication candidate sourcing and maintaining hiring pipelines






The role is pivotal in driving the companys revenue and is integral to the overall functioning
