Job Summary
The Manager will oversee the endtoend development and delivery of the E Fluent app an Englishlanguage learning platform. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and the ability to drive both lead generation and revenue growth through product innovation and market alignment. The Project Manager will collaborate with crossfunctional teams manage project timelines and budgets and ensure that the app meets both educational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project ensuring the alignment with SSSi s mission of providing effective language learning solutions.
Strategically focus on generating leads and driving app subscriptions to increase revenue.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and promotions that attract new users.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain users ensuring the app meets target user growth metrics.
Conduct market research to identify potential revenue opportunities and develop competitive features that will differentiate the app in the marketplace.
Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions influencers and other stakeholders to drive lead generation and broaden the apps reach.
Analyze user behavior feedback and sales data to continuously optimize the app s content features and marketing strategies for increased revenue potential.
Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation ensuring costeffective use of resources while delivering a highquality product.
Lead efforts to ensure the app offers an intuitive engaging and valuable experience for users driving higher retention and satisfaction rates.
Work closely with the content development and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication.
Provide regular reports to senior management on project milestones performance metrics and revenue progress.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Management English Linguistics Education or a related field. MBA or Project Management certification is a plus.
2 years of experience in project management product development or appbased learning platforms with a proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of marketing sales and revenuedriving strategies particularly in the education technology sector.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire motivate and manage crossfunctional teams toward a common goal.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience using metrics to drive decisionmaking and product improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with internal and external teams.
Highly organized and solutionoriented with a keen attention to detail.
