JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized HR Assistant with 03 years of experience to support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling interviews managing employee data and ensuring accurate documentation. This role offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates or earlycareer professionals to gain handson experience in HR .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the interview schedule to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records in the HR database.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation including employment contracts onboarding materials and other HRrelated documents.
- Assist in the creation and management of employee files ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and other documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team including data entry filing and correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 03 years of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Education:
BBA MBA preferred HR specialization
