Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Paid Marketing Team Lead to drive our
paid advertising efforts across international markets. In this fulltime role you will lead
campaigns across multiple digital channels to generate qualified leads and enhance the
visibility of our tutoring services globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in managing paid marketing campaigns optimizing ROI and collaborating with
crossfunctional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid marketing campaigns including Google Ads social media ads and other digital channels to drive lead generation and conversions.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
Analyze international markets and target audience segments to identify growth opportunities and adjust paid strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the lead generation and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
Oversee and manage the paid marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Generate regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads Facebook Ads and other digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Experience in international markets and targeting global audiences is highly preferred.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
