Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximizing overall coding performance. Creating Coding Panels in coding Software Identifies & resolves the more complex issues around pending transactions
- Directs the accurate & timely processing of claims to meet or exceed client service level agreements
- Review quality audit of accounts/ Claims
- Works with the team to complete assignments using established guidelines policies and procedures.
- Daily Denials should be worked & A timeline to achieve targets.
- Able to review NCD/LCD policies per county sequencing for Medical Necessity to get higher reimbursement.
- Delegating tasks per Client.
- Coordinate with LAB Team Leaders regarding the billing clarifications.
- Willingness to work on flexible shifts mostly EST timings.
Shift Timings will be from 5:30PM to 2:30AM IST
Qualifications
- Certification is mandatory From AAPC / AHIMA
- 34 yrs of work experience in coding Pathology and laboratory procedures.
- Must possess the knowledge in coding Organ or Disease Oriented Panels Therapeutic Drug Assays Drug Assay Procedures Evocative/Suppression Testing Procedures.
- Exposure to Modifiers CPT ICD10 and HCPCS coding with LAB fee schedule.
- Ability to multitask prioritize & manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
