Job Summary:
The Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
The role involves planning and delivering ageappropriate educational activities fostering social and emotional development and building positive relationships with students parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilitie:
Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of young children.
Plan and prepare daily lesson plans activities and learning materials that are engaging and educational.
Classroom Management:
Create a safe welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students follow classroom rules and routines.
Address individual needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Child Development and Support:
Observe and assess each childs developmental progress and learning needs.
Provide individual and group support to encourage social emotional cognitive and physical development.
Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their child s progress behavior and any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings professional development opportunities and school events.
