Key responsibilities

- Lead train and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate and oversee the negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for clients and the company






- Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks in the real estate market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized services
- Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation to closing deals and facilitating transactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads
- Monitor industry developments competitor activities and market conditions to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws regulations and ethical standards in all transactions
- Oversee contract management and review legal documents to safeguard the interests of the company and its clients
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance market trends and team activities to the management
- Participate in networking events industry conferences and community outreach activities to enhance the companys visibility and reputation






- Strategically allocate resources and budget to optimize the sales operations and maximize profitability
- Resolve any escalated issues or conflicts with clients agents or stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
- Continuously evaluate the teams performance provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Real Estate License or relevant certifications as per local regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry






- Indepth knowledge of real estate market trends property valuation and legal aspects of real estate transactions
- Exceptional leadership coaching and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities with a customercentric approach
- Proficiency in CRM software sales management tools and MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a fastpaced competitive environment and adapt to changing market dynamics
- Sound decisionmaking capabilities with a strategic and resultsdriven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

- Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as per business requirements
- Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings
