Job Title : Customer Care Executive

Process : APBL Process / All V4/V5 Requirements

Location : Ranigunj Secunderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries and provide support through various communication channels.

Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Adhere to the defined processes and service level agreements.

Manage 24/7 rotational shifts with diligence and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: PUC/Intermediate/2 or Graduation

Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.

Skills Required:

Languages: (Any one set)

Strong communication and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with rotational shifts.

Compensation:

Salary: For Fresher V4 17500 CTC ( 17500 Take Home including PMI).

Work Schedule:

Days of Work: 6 days a week with 1 day rotational weekoff.

Shift Type: 24/7 Rotational Shift.

Additional Information :

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners required.

Cab Transport: No cab facilities provided.
