Position Overview: We are seeking detailoriented and efficient NonVoice Support Executives to join our backend operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks that ensure seamless business functionality while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
> - Manage and process incoming data and information requests accurately and promptly.

> - Assist in the preparation of reports documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
>
> - Maintain and update databases and digital records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
>
> - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and enhance workflow processes.
>
> - Monitor and track progress on assignments ensuring deadlines are met.
>
> - Provide support for various backoffice processes including data entry order processing and customer inquiries.
>
> - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
>
Requirements
> - Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business administration operations or related fields.
>
> - Previous experience in a nonvoice support or backoffice role is preferred but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
>
> - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
>
> - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management software.
>
> - Good written and verbal communication skills.
>
> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Recent / Pursuing graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools, database and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A passion for learning and growing in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics.
